Our focus is on 4 key elements to improve your fitness and longevity: Mobility, Flexibility, Balance, and Strength.

Of course, FUNCTION is a F808Z DOJO Program, which means we’ll be guiding you through not just basic workouts, but a combination of functional exercises and dance, flow, & martial arts techniques!

Start from the absolute basics of kicking & footwork and steadily build up to the acrobatic techniques you’ve seen in video games and movies. Enhance your skillset and aesthetic with moves from: Bokator, Capoeira, Karate, Muay Thai, Taekowndo, and of course Tricking!
